紹介　勝ち負けを争わない合気道は、「和の武道」だといいます。今回はそんな合気道の稽古に励む『寒川合気会』をご紹介します。 　現在は、5歳から67歳までの男女が心身鍛錬にと励んでいます。少年部では、合気道歴20年の笠石先生が時に厳しく、丁寧に指導。「礼儀を一番大切に教えています」とのことで、道場入り口の子供たちの靴もきちっと揃えられていました。合気道は力に頼らない武道で、親御さんにとっても安心できる習い事のようです。「家で正座がしっかりできる」「骨格がしっかり出来てきた」など様々な効果も人気の一つです。 　一般部では、代表の鈴木先生をはじめ多数の有段者の指導で、年齢や体力に合わせて日々の健康維持や女性の護身なども楽しく学べるとか。 　日本武道館での全日本合気道演武大会や町の武道フェスティバルへの参加、また富士山麓での合宿など、年間を通じての充実した活動内容もメンバー和気あいあいの秘訣のようです。 　活動は寒川総合体育館3階の武道場で日曜9時半から、金曜19時からだそうです。10月からは平日の初心者教室も予定しているとか（詳細はお問合せを）。この機会に、合気道の体験をされてみてはいかがでしょうか？
